ROLE Overview
Our Benefits Coach is seeking a visionary Sales Manager to spearhead our dynamic team of Account Sales Executives in Employee Benefits. This leadership role is not just a position but a mission to extend our desire to provide a wholistic and comprehensive approach to financial protection and peace of mind to businesses and their employees. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, phenomenal at nurturing talent, driving sales initiatives, and embodying our core values of ethical behavior, client focus, honesty, and generosity.
Key REsponsibilities
- Team Leadership and Development: Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing sales team environment. Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to Account Sales Executives, fostering their professional growth and aligning their efforts with individual and company goals.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Recruitment and Training: Identify, recruit, and onboard new talent, ensuring they are aligned with our company’s mission and values. Develop and facilitate ongoing training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Performance Management: Set clear team and individual goals, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews. Recognize achievements and address underperformance with constructive solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Ensure the team maintains strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service and support. Lead by example in exceeding client expectations.
